2. Submission of DMCA Notice

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA complaint, we will review the claim and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing material.

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe that content you submitted to Mentor4Scholars was removed in error or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification including:

  • Your name and contact information.

  • Identification of the material that has been removed and its previous location.

  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.

  • A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court.

  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed content unless the original complainant files a court action within the legally required timeframe.

4. Repeat Infringers

Mentor4Scholars reserves the right to terminate access to users who repeatedly infringe upon intellectual property rights.
