The Steve Bayless Undergraduate Scholarship is an annual award created to support talented high school seniors who plan to pursue a degree in Theatre at an accredited college or university. The scholarship aims to encourage the next generation of theatre professionals by providing financial assistance and professional development opportunities through the Southeastern Theatre Conference (SETC).

In addition to financial support, recipients gain recognition within the theatre community and access to professional networks and events that can help advance their academic and artistic careers.
