Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
General Requirements
Must be a citizen of Nigeria
Must apply for a full-time, on-campus degree program at a public Mauritian university
Must be medically fit and provide a health certificate from a recognized government hospital
Undergraduate Applicants
Must be at least 18 years old
Must not be older than 26 years by January 1, 2027
Must have strong WAEC results
Must possess A-Level qualifications or equivalent
Master’s and PhD Applicants
Must not be older than 40 years by January 1, 2027
Must hold a bachelor’s degree with a minimum of Second Class Upper Division (2:1)
Must meet admission requirements of the chosen university

Obtain a conditional or full admission offer from a Mauritian public university
OR
Provide proof that they have applied and paid the required application fee
