Eligibility Criteria
To qualify, applicants must:
Be a Chinese citizen with a valid PRC passport or Hong Kong SAR passport
Be ordinarily resident in Mainland China or Hong Kong
Hold an official or conditional offer for a full-time postgraduate programme at the University of Oxford
Provide academic transcripts and supporting documents
Submit a completed and signed scholarship application form
Current Oxford graduate students are also eligible, but must provide proof of student status.
